Abstract

Due to the advantages of LoRa technology such as long communication distance, low power consumption, and strong scalability, LoRa network has become one of the most widely used technologies in the field of low power wide area network(LPWAN). However, its increasing and rich application scenarios also pose new challenges to the security of LoRa network. It conducted a detailed survey to address the lack of comprehensive discussion on current LoRa network attack and defense methods. Firstly, it analyzed the LoRa network architecture, it summarized and the security differences between multiple versions of the LoRaWAN protocol. Secondly, through the study of a large number of documents, it analyzed the related technologies for LoRa network attack and defense. On this basis, it proposed a generative AI-based anti-RF fingerprinting mechanism-GAI-Anti-RFFI. Finally, it analyzed and prospected the possible development directions of LoRa network attack and defense technology in the future.
