Scheme of butterfly quantum network coding based on QDP

Abstract

Most of the existing schemes about butterfly quantum network can only realize the cross-transmission of quantum states through a public channel. And they often consume entangled resources in order to realize the non-destructive transmission of quantum states in a butterfly network. This paper proposed a quantum network coding scheme for transmitting arbitrary known single quantum state in a butterfly network. It combined the transmission process of quantum states in the quantum direct portation scheme. This scheme used single particles in the ground state as the quantum registers. Each receiving node could receive different quantum states from all sending nodes at the same time. The entire communication process did not require the use of entanglement resources and measurement operations. It could complete the communication through the relevant unitary operations performed by each node. The scheme extends to two other situation. One is that the quantum register has a richer form, and another is that the number of sending and receiving nodes is more.
