Entity alignment method based on dual attention and relational semantic modeling

Abstract

The goal of the entity alignment task is to find more equivalent entity pairs in the knowledge graph. At present, some entity alignment methods focus on entity structure and attribute information, but they do not deal with the problem of interactive learning between the two. To this end, this paper proposed an entity alignment method based on dual attention and relational semantic modeling. It used dual attention to learn the interactive features of entity attributes and structure based on attribute classification embedding, and used relational semantic modeling to optimize local semantics of entity structure embedding. Finally, this paper fused the similarity matrix under the entity's multi-faceted semantic features. The alignment accuracy on the three real data sets can reach 81.00%, 83.90% and 92.73%, respectively, which is an average improvement of 2.62% compared with the benchmark model. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively identify aligned entity pairs.
