Closed loop supply chain of fresh products based on DWOA under power grid interruption network multi-objective fuzzy optimization design

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of network design of fresh supply chain, this paper proposed a multi-objective fuzzy optimization design model of closed-loop fresh supply chain network under power interruption, so as to solve the uncertainty problem in the network design of supply chain. Firstly, this paper used an optimization function with the objectives of minimum cost, minimum carbon emission and minimum interruption time to solve the problem. The problem was aiming at the design of closed-loop supply chain network structure of fresh products under power grid interruption. Then in order to process the model, this paper used Me measure and triangular fuzzy number to transform the multi-objective problem into a single-objective problem. Secondly, on the basis of the original whale algorithm, this paper proposed the improved difference whale optimization algorithm(DWOA), which combined the crossover and mutation of the difference algorithm, in order to enhance its search ability and improve its limitations. Finally, the numerical example and sensitivity analysis show that the proposed algorithm and model have a strong solving ability in the optimization design of the supply chain network for processing fresh products, and the computing time is short.
