Research and simulation of V-UKIR propagation model based on node attributes and information value

Abstract

In order to promote advertising information and control rumors more effectively in the network, this paper studied the mechanism of information dissemination according to the characteristics of real social network information dissemination. Firstly, it divided nodes into four states based on the traditional SIR model, included unknown, known, infected and recovered state. Then, considering the difference of nodes' attributes and the value of different information in different communities, this paper defined an adaptive node state transition probability function and established a V-UKIR model. It was more in line with the real propagation characteristics of social networks. Finally, this paper compared different information dissemination processes and the actual propagation under different models. The simulation results indicate that the V-UKIR model is valid and has better information promotion and rumor control effect on Sina Weibo and Twitter.
