Research on user trajectory outlier detection for IoT mobile terminal devices

Abstract

In order to effectively mine the trajectory anomaly of the user in the daily behavior of the digital information of the IoT mobile device, this paper proposed a double-layer clustering user trajectory anomaly detection method for the problem that the existing user abnormal trajectory detection algorithm is inefficient. Considering the large amount of trajectory information in the mobile terminal device and the uneven distribution, the method extracted the set of stay points at a specific spatial distance and time interval, hierarchically clustered the points, divided the stay according to the result, and then found the abnormal stay area. Finally, it found the second clustering of the motion track segments occurring between the stay areas and the abnormal track segment. Experimental results show that the proposed method at the time of abnormal trajectory, compared to traditional algorithms, both fully detects abnormal trajectory, but also accelerates the speed of anomaly detection.
