Cloud PDR method for multi-criteria decision making with incomplete system

Abstract

Aiming at the significance of the multi-criteria decision making problem and the insufficient of the classical rough set method in the project scheduling problems of incomplete system, this paper proposed a multi-criteria decision making method of incomplete system combined with cloud probabilistic dominance relation(cloud PDR) based on the predecessors’ probabilistic dominance relation(PDR) sorting method. The parameters such as expectation, entropy and super entropy were introduced into the PDR method considering the fuzziness, volatility and randomness of the decision simultaneously whose evaluation processes and results were more objective and comprehensive. Taking the development level of coal resource-based city as an example, the article obtains the sorting of each city, and meanwhile verifies the advantages and the effectiveness of the method by comparing with other methods.
